Board of Adjustment

The City of Bay Minette Zoning Board of Adjustment (BOA) is responsible for reviewing Variances, Special Exception Permits and Zoning Administrative Appeals. The BOA meets as needed, with meetings scheduled for the first Thursday of the month at 8:00 a.m. at City Hall.

The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is a quasi-judicial board comprised of five regular and two supernumerary members, appointed by the Mayor and City Council. BOA Members serve three-year terms in a voluntary capacity.
