Rental Rates

Rental- $1,500 (Friday-Sunday), $1,250 (Monday-Thursday) - The facility will open at 8:00 am on the event day and the licensee period shall end at 1:00 am on the following day. All set-up must be completed within alloted time. *This is for events other than Weddings- see Wedding rates below.□

Wedding- $2,000- The facility will open at 8:00 am on the event date. Setup access may be granted the preceding business day from 7:00 am. to 3:00 pm at no cost to the Licensee, subject to availability. Access requested after 3:00 pm on that date requires payment of an additional day at half of the wedding rate, $1,000.

Police Officer- $50 per officer, per hour- Two (2) City of Bay Minette Police Officers are mandatory if alcohol will be present.

NOTE: It is the Licensee's sole responsibility to ensure all applicable ABC Licenses are acquired for events where alcohol will be sold or included as part of the event ticket price.

The Christenberry Courtyard

Located between the John R. Rhodes Civic Center and Bay Minette City Hall. This courtyard is named in memory of Rev. Daniel and Mary Ellen Christenberry, two beloved individuals who had servants hearts. The courtyard area renovation included the addition of beautiful plants and flowers, pergola, bench and swing area. The brick pavers were repurposed from some removed from the downtown sidewalk area. The project was designed and overseen by Jody McMillan and Mark Meastas with City’s Parks and Grounds crew and was funded through donations from Christenberry friends, family, and First United Methodist Church.
