Arbor Day Tree Giveaway

The Bay Minette Beautification Committee will hold its annual Arbor Day Tree Giveaway on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023 at Bay Minette City Hall. The event will begin at 8 a.m. and will continue while supplies last. There will be a limit of six trees per household and two per species. Trees available will include Sawtooth Oak, Red Maple, River Birch, Catalpa, Red Bud, Sweetbay Magnolia, Yoshino Cherry, Cornus Kousa, Blake Gum and Shumard Oak. Bush Farms will be set up to sell fruit trees and bushes. The Master Gardeners will have a booth set up to provide information for caring for the trees and other plantings. Crossroads Church will provide coffee and sweets. Bay Minette City Hall is located at 301 D’Olive Street. For more details, call 251-580-1625.
