The Will Sanders Foundation will hold a gala on Aug. 2 at Holly Hills Municipal Golf Course. Tickets are $50. The event will include dinner, guest speakers, and a silent auction. This event supports the Foundation’s mission to honor the life of Will Sanders, a kind and thoughtful 17-year-old known for his humor, creativity, and generosity. Will made a quiet but lasting impact on everyone around him. In 2018, he died by suicide, and the Foundation created in his name is dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and suicide prevention, especially among young people. Proceeds from the evening will help fund the publication of a children’s book on mental health and expand our outreach programs in schools and communities.
