Holly Hills Municipal Golf Course

Holly Hills Municipal Golf Course is just seven miles south of Bay Minette on Alabama 59/US 31. It is located an hour north of Gulf Shores and 45-minute drive from Mobile.

The 9-hole, 3,282-yard golf course was designed by architect and engineer Earl Stone and includes a driving range.

The regulation course is a par 72 and is perfect for those looking for fewer hazards and less crowded fairways.

The scenic course is lined with oak trees, pine trees, magnolia trees and holly bushes. Golfers of all levels will enjoy this beautiful course.

The Clubhouse features a bar and snack bar area and a small golf shop featuring TaylorMade products.

The 4,000 square foot building was designed by Marshall Fischrupp. The ballroom is spacious and includes a dance floor. The facility is available for party rentals by contacting the Country Club at 251-580-2553.

Regular membership requires 12-month commitment. Seasonal membership requires 12-week commitment. Annual membership automatically renews and is subject to increased rates. Termination of membership must be submitted in writing.

Holly Hills License Agreement - FILLABLE

RATES

DAMAGE AND RESERVATION DEPOSIT: $500.  Must be paid to reserve a date and full payment must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to event. 

DAYTIME MEETING TRAINING: (Banquet Room ONLY) -Rental fee $100 per hour between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday.  Set-up time is included at not cost on the day of the event.  Facility access begins at 7:00 am.  The license period ends at 5:00 pm.  All cleanup must be complete within the allotted license period. No alcohol is permitted at this event.

EVENT PARTY: (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday - Sunday): $150 per hour; (After 5:00 pm): $200 per hour.  Set-up time is included at no cost the day of the event.  Facility access begins at 7:00 am.  The event must conclude by 10:00 pm and the license period ends at 11:00 pm.  All cleanup must be complete within the allotted license period. No alcohol is permitted at this event.

Prior Day Set-up*: Set-up may be granted the preceding business day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at a rate of $250 per day, subject to availability.  Advanced payment is required to ensure availability for set-up on the preceding day. * Please indicate if you would like to reserve an additional day (one business day prior to event).

Police Officers: $50 per hour - One (1) City of Bay Minette Police Officer is mandatory if alcohol will be served. *Please indicate if your event will include alcohol.  **Note: Outside alcohol is prohibited.  Alcohol can only be purchased from the Holly Hills bar only.  If an officer is not reserved and paid for by the Licensee, access to the bar area is prohibited for all members of the party.  

CANCELATION NOTICE. If cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) day prior to event, the City will retain the $500 Damage and Reservation Deposit.  If the event of a disaster or any emergency; the City reserves the right to terminate the event and require immediate vacation of the premises.  In such circumstance, 75% of the rental fee will be refunded to the Licensee.
