Christmas on the Circle returns with a family-friendly night of fun at the Douglasville School of Arts & Recreation. The event, set for 5:3o to 8 p.m. Dec. 17, is sponsored by The Chosen Youth Outreach Ministry. Activities will include vendors, hot chocolate bar, free treats, free gift wrapping, entertainment and pictures with Santa.
